Damien and Toni are military veterans that are the Co-Owners of RPC Business Development Services.  Collectively, they have over 50 years of military service. This includes numerous deployments and being assigned to different locations all over the world.  They have a diverse background in business management, marketing, promotion, human resources, talent acquisition, establishing policies, problem solving, project planning, strategic and critical thinking just to name a few. 

Having a passion for helping others is what motivates them to provide mentorship and consultation while hearing from other small business owners. Damien and Toni have the credentials, education and experience you can expect to assist with gaining your purpose and effectively make decisions on identifying goals and starting a business.
